A note on the 1988 Hail Matter

From time to time a customer asks about 1988. The matter was reviewed, the county accepted our account of the wind shear, and the statue was restored with the original hat. We consider the file closed, we thank the county for its patience, and we no longer schedule hail work during parade season. That policy is written on the shop wall in Dale's handwriting.
