A technician packs your items into our weatherized ACS-40 crate at your nearest intake facility. Everything is inventoried, photographed, and strapped twice. The second strap is recent and has a story behind it.
A certified weather balloon carries your crate to its assigned cloud. Ascent takes about 40 minutes. You get a notification at liftoff, at placement, and once a quarter with a flyover photo of your cloud.
Your belongings ride the weather until you need them back. Retrieval is handled by precipitation: when your cloud rains over a serviced area, your crate comes down by parachute. It arrives when it arrives.
Every item is logged before it leaves the ground. Our intake team weighs, wraps, and cradles your belongings, then seals the crate against rain, birds, and the occasional confused skydiver.
Our lift fleet runs 1,100 certified weather balloons across eight regions. Each upload is planned around the day's winds by our meteorology desk, which is the only engineering team in tech that gets to blame everything on the sky and be right.
When you request your items back, we flag your crate for the next precipitation event. Your belongings descend by parachute to the nearest recovery zone and a driver brings them to your door, lightly chilled and smelling like rain.
