The complete collection
Every vintage currently resting in Sonoma, kept at fourteen degrees and absolute stillness. Prices are per 750 ml jar. Quantities are limited by weather, which we do not control, yet.
Auction only
Harvested from an ordinary office in late 2019, between a birthday party and a quarterly planning meeting. Nose of sheet cake, handshakes, and unearned confidence. The cellar's crown, offered exclusively at the Cellar Club spring auction.
Last hammer price: undisclosed. The buyer's family has learned not to ask.
Open stock
Tap any jar to admire the label. All jars ship in straw, by ground, because altitude changes them and we will not apologize for saying so.
2024
Pine, distant cowbell, moral superiority.
2025
Burr grinder, damp wool, unfinished screenplay.
2023
Asphalt, menthol, a long finish of regret.
2022
Chicken stock, dish soap, unconditional approval.
2024
Salt, spruce, an unverified lighthouse.
2023
Brakes, a perfume counterattack, one continental shrug.
2021
Foxed paper, pencil shavings, an institutional hush.
2025
Adhesive, ambition, immediate depreciation.
2024
Ozone, cut grass, a screen door in the wind.
2024
Proofing dough, butter, quiet pride.
2023
Fallen leaves, woodsmoke, out-of-state plates.
2020
Champagne mist, athletic tape, borrowed glory.
2022
Creosote, cold stone, an enormous silence.
1998
Brass polish, lilies, old money. Aged twenty-eight years in its own company.
Harvested to order
Familiar, faintly disappointing, free range. A gatherer visits your property and takes some of your air. You then buy it back.
Cellar master Aurelio DiSanto evaluates every harvest. He has described his own palate as "a burden." We pay him accordingly.
Your jars are being wrapped in straw by someone wearing gloves for no practical reason. A tasting card follows by post. Breathe nothing until it arrives.
