The Odd Shop
Everything here started as one of our apples. Where it ended up is between us and the equipment. Everything ships, and everything is also on the shelf at the stand.

Pay at the stand, cash or card. Admission comes off your fruit, and the scale does not negotiate.

About the shelf
The shop runs on a simple rule: if the orchard grows it, we will make something out of it, and if nobody buys that, we will make something else. The apple pasta took four years and three ruined mills. The Apple-Water took an afternoon and we are still not proud of it, though it outsells the pasta two to one.
Estate Reserve Cider is pressed from Estate Series fruit in the fall. It is unfiltered. We would describe the floaters in more detail, and our lawyer has asked us to describe them less.
"Every jar is a second chance for an apple that did not deserve one."
