The people who pick things up
Finders are rated on two things: how fast they list, and how honest the condition notes turn out to be when the item arrives.
Find speed is the time between the photograph in place and the listing going live, averaged across a finder's history. Honesty is set by buyers after delivery, on one question: was the condition exactly as described. A finder who writes "rinsed, not sterilized" scores well. A finder who writes "like new" about a glove from a gutter does not last long here.
Finders are not rated on whether they waited for the owner. Some do. It is not required, and the Hot Right Now rail tends to reward the ones who do not.
