Can I order two grapes?
No. You can place two orders, and two couriers will arrive, ideally at different times, though customers report the synchronized arrivals are special in their own way. Each grape is a complete experience. Bundling them would dilute both.
Why not just buy a bag of grapes?
A bag of grapes is a commitment. It sits in your crisper drawer, judging you, slowly becoming a science project. Monogrape delivers exactly the amount of grape you will actually eat, at peak firmness, with zero waste beyond the box, the cradle, the four layers of tissue paper, and the courier's round trip.
What is the surge pricing situation?
Demand peaks during brunch, when the collective urge for one single grape sweeps the nation's patios. Between 10 am and 2 pm on weekends, pricing runs at 2.1x. Monogrape+ members are exempt, which several members have described as the entire reason they subscribe and also, unprompted, the best financial decision of their lives.
What if my grape arrives damaged?
Photograph the grape, note your tracking code, and file a claim in the app. Verified damage triggers our Grape Guarantee: a replacement grape dispatched at priority speed, accompanied by a handwritten apology from the original courier. We have issued four in company history and we think about each of them daily.
Do you deliver raisins?
A raisin is a grape that ran out of time. We deliver in under 30 minutes precisely so this never happens on our watch. If you want a raisin, order a grape and wait several weeks, though at that point the provenance card is doing most of the work.
What varietals are available?
Concord Classic year-round, Cotton Candy in season, and Moon Drop for customers who want a grape with length. The Mystery Grape option lets your courier choose, and couriers take this responsibility extremely seriously. Some maintain notebooks.
Is the tissue paper really necessary?
The tissue paper is the difference between receiving a grape and receiving your grape. Independent testing confirmed that unboxing satisfaction drops 61% below three layers. We use four. The fourth layer is, frankly, for us.
Can the courier eat my grape?
No. Couriers complete a certification module titled "The Grape Is Not For You" and re-certify annually. The single recorded violation, in 2024, is documented in our API changelog and discussed nowhere else.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available up until the moment your grape is picked, which is typically 40 seconds after you order. After picking, the grape is yours in every sense that matters. It has left the vine because of you.
